Explaining Date Flexibility for a Bimini Visit from West Palm Beach
Saying that your dates are flexible can mean several things: any day of a week, one alternate date, or only a different time on the same day. If you are planning a Bimini outing from West Palm Beach, describe the actual options your group can consider before asking about availability.
List the feasible options
Identify the preferred date and alternatives that fit the group's confirmed travel and lodging arrangements. Do not offer dates other guests have not agreed they can use. Tell the operator which constraints are firm and which are preferences. A list of possible dates is an availability request, not a reservation for every option on that list.
Confirm one final arrangement
When an option is proposed, review it with the group and ask what remains necessary to confirm it. Do not assume changing the outing automatically changes transport or lodging. Travel from West Palm Beach and the Bimini activity should be coordinated separately unless inclusion is expressly confirmed. Keep the final selected date clearly marked so an earlier suggestion does not remain in someone's calendar as the agreed plan.
